National Senior Health and Fitness Day

Today is National Senior Health and Fitness Day.  Over 100,000 seniors at over 1000 locations across all 50 states are holding events to raise awareness about the importance of fitness for seniors.  Staying healthy and fit has many benefits and can help seniors avoid a variety of things.
